Job descriptionIoannis Vassardanis and Partners (IVP) is a boutique law firm in Athens, Greece with an international profile, specializing in International Arbitration (commercial and investment), Energy, Construction, and Corporate law and M&As. Location: Athens (on site) Job Posting – Senior Law AssociateWe are currently seeking a qualified attorney with at least 4 years’ experience in one or more of the above legal fields. Theoretical (Master’s level) knowledge in any of the above legal fields, will be considered an advantage. Senior Associate Key Duties and Responsibilities:Conducting thorough legal researches and opining on specific legal issuesDrawing up / Processing working drafts of contractual agreements or pleadingsArranging the procedural matters of ongoing projects and casesSupporting litigious/arbitral proceedings and general advisory work Required Qualifications / Experience:Admission to a Greek BarPracticing law for 4-7 yearsExcellent command of both Greek and English (oral & written); consistent use of English as a working language in the legal practiceA Master’s degree (LLM) from a recognized institution in a relevant field (especially if completed in English) will be considered an advantage. Required Skills:Research and analytical skillsAbility to prioritize and organize tasksA problem-solving mindset and ability to perform under time pressureAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamStrong communication and interpersonal skills We offerIVP offers attractive working conditions in a dynamic and friendly environment and hands-on involvement in major and prestigious projects, while supporting continuous training. To apply for this position, please send your CV to info@ivlawfirm.gr.
