Senior Legal Counsel – Corporate / M&A | Saudi ArabiaWe are working with a leading organisation in Saudi Arabia that is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join its legal team, with a particular focus on M&A, strategic investments and complex corporate transactions.This is a highly transactional role, working closely with senior stakeholders and business teams on significant domestic and cross-border matters.The successful candidate will take a lead role across:M&A transactions, including acquisitions, disposals and restructuringsJoint ventures, strategic alliances and minority investmentsComplex transaction structuring and legal due diligenceDrafting and negotiating SPAs, SHAs, JV agreements and other investment documentationManaging external counsel across multiple jurisdictionsAdvising senior stakeholders on transactional, corporate and commercial riskWe are looking for a common law qualified lawyer with approximately 7–12 years’ PQE, who has:Trained and practised within a Magic Circle, leading US or other top-tier international law firmA strong track record of leading sophisticated cross-border M&A transactionsExcellent drafting, negotiation and stakeholder management skillsThe confidence to operate independently in a fast-paced, international environmentExperience within a multinational, investment organisation, sovereign entity, private equity environment or similar platform would be particularly relevant.Exposure to Saudi Arabia and/or the wider GCC would be advantageous but not necessaryThis is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded transactional lawyer looking to take on a high-impact role within a sophisticated organisation in Saudi Arabia.For further information, please contact Bronwyn at Pennell Hart.
