Senior Legal Counsel

What You Will Be DoingAct as a senior legal partner, providing strategic counsel that shapes business decisions and strengthens governance across the Group.Provide high‑level legal advice and strategic support to senior management and cross‑functional teams on complex commercial, corporate, and compliance matters.Advise on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.Monitor legal and regulatory developments, proactively advising on implications for the Group.Contribute to the design and implementation of legal policies, procedures, and training programs.Who is Our Right FitQualified solicitor with 8-10 years PQE, preferably with both law firm and in‑house experience in a fast‑paced corporate environment.Experience in listed company compliance and familiarity with Hong Kong Listing Rules is an advantage.Solid knowledge of commercial contracts, corporate law, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of working independently while providing guidance and leadership within the legal function.Strong ability to anticipate legal risks and provide practical, preventive solutions.Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills, with proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
