Senior Legal Counsel

Key ResponsibilitiesDrafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial sector contracts covering information technology products and services.Support sales and/or procurement teams assessing and mitigating risks under contracts.Advising internal business clients on a range of matters related to IT products/services, OEM/ODM and supply chain.Advising Human Resources on employment relations and labor laws.Collaborating with outside counsels and internal legal subject matter experts across Wiwynn all affiliates.Responsible for other legal related matters as assigned.QualificationsSolid understanding in practice of commercial operation and business laws.Action Planning and Accountability.Active learning and listening.Growth Mindset, intellectual Curiosity.Creativity and Critical Thinking.Capable to adapt the changes.Project Management Ability.Step outside their comfort zone and job description to solve problems.Build strong relationships with business clients and legal colleagues.Explain complex legal concepts in a simple practical manner.Be innovative and work collaboratively.Other QualificationsBachelor of Laws Degree. Master’s degree or LL.M. is a plus.5-7 years of law firm and multinational company in-house experiences; with in-house legal experience in public company is a plus. English: Fluent business English in speaking, writing, listening and reading.; Spanish is a plus.
