RINO Properties is known for tailored solutions delivered with discretion, transparency, and strong local market expertise.Role Description The Senior Legal Counsel will provide expert legal support for RINO Properties’ real estate transactions and investment activities in Dubai and relevant international markets. This full-time, on-site role in Dubai involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts and legal documents related to property acquisition, sales, leasing, and management. The Senior Legal Counsel will advise internal stakeholders on legal risks, compliance requirements, and regulatory changes affecting real estate and investment operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing legal issues, coordinating with external counsel when needed, ensuring that all documentation meets applicable laws and company standards, and supporting strategic decision-making with clear, practical legal guidance. The role also includes contributing to internal policies, supporting dispute resolution, and promoting best practices in governance and risk management.Qualifications Strong foundation in Law, with proven experience in real estate, corporate, or investment-related legal practice.Demonstrated expertise in Contract Negotiation, including structuring, reviewing, and finalizing agreements with multiple stakeholders.Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting contracts, memoranda, opinions, and transaction-related documentation.Ability to identify, assess, and manage Legal Issues relevant to real estate transactions, investments, and regulatory compliance.Experience providing clear, pragmatic Legal Advice to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.Advanced knowledge of UAE legal framework; familiarity with international real estate and investment regulations is an advantage.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail and sound judgment.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, collaborate effectively with diverse teams, and manage multiple matters under time constraints.Law degree (LLB or equivalent); LLM or additional certifications in real estate or corporate law are beneficial.Prior experience in a law firm or in-house role within real estate, investment, or financial services environments is highly desirable.
