We are dedicated to growth and breaking down boundaries to offer a truly unique brand partnership proposition.Position - Senior Legal CounselReporting To - Senior Legal ManagerJob Purpose:The Senior Legal Counsel provides practical, commercial legal advice, drafting and negotiating agreements, managing legal risk, and supporting the Director of Legal, Governance & Compliance on corporate matters and compliance.Technical SkillsStrong drafting and negotiation skills.Ability to review and negotiate commercial agreements independently.Sound legal research and analytical capabilities.Ability to identify legal risks and provide practical recommendations.Experience managing external counsel where required.Excellent written and verbal English.Personal AttributesStrong ownership and accountability.Highly organized and proactive.Detail-oriented.Able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Commercially minded.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.Experience5–8 years' post-qualification experience.Experience within a reputable law firm and/or multinational company.Strong exposure to commercial agreements and corporate advisory work.Experience in retail, franchising or multinational businesses would be advantageous.
