Senior Legal Counsel

A growing, technology-led consumer business is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join its team. This is a broad commercial role offering exposure to high-value contracts, strategic projects and senior stakeholder engagement within a fast-paced, evolving environment.The RoleWorking closely with business leaders across the organisation, you will:Draft, negotiate and advise on a wide range of commercial agreements.Support business growth, transformation and strategic initiatives.Provide practical advice on commercial, regulatory and compliance matters.Advise on consumer, digital and operational issues.Manage disputes and external counsel where required.Develop legal processes, templates and best practice frameworks.Act as a trusted legal adviser to senior stakeholders.About YouQualified solicitor with a minimum of 6+ years' PQE.Strong commercial contracts experience gained in private practice and/or in-house.Commercially minded with excellent judgement and stakeholder management skills.Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-moving business.Experience in technology, retail, eCommerce, logistics or other consumer-facing sectors would be advantageous.This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused lawyer looking to take on a broad and impactful role within a growing international business.
