Apply & track with Apply EdgeAn exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Infrastructure & Construction lawyer to join the high-performing in-house legal team of a rapidly growing technology infrastructure company operating at the forefront of artificial intelligence.This is an exclusive opportunity being managed by Wolf & Williams.The TeamReporting to the General Counsel and working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, you will partner with leaders across development, projects, procurement, operations, energy and commercial functions.The OpportunityThis is a broad, strategic legal role providing commercially focused advice across major infrastructure and construction projects, property, procurement, supply chain, energy and operational matters.
Key Responsibilities
Lead legal support across major construction, infrastructure and capital projects, including complex project and contractor arrangements.Advise on property transactions, leasing and development matters.Structure and negotiate procurement, supply chain and strategic sourcing arrangements.Advise on power, energy, utilities and associated commercial agreements.Provide strategic advice on legal risk management and regulatory compliance.Develop and maintain legal templates, policies and frameworks to support the continued growth of the business.Partner with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities, manage risk and deliver commercially focused outcomes.Ideal Candidate8–10+ years' post-qualification experience gained within a leading national or international law firm and/or a sophisticated in-house legal team.Significant experience across construction, infrastructure, procurement, energy, utilities, and complex commercial contracting.Proven ability to negotiate and manage complex commercial and project arrangements.Experience supporting large-scale operational and capital project environments.Excellent commercial judgement with the ability to provide pragmatic, solutions-focused advice to senior executives and business stakeholders.Strong stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills, with the confidence to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.ContactFor a confidential discussion, please contact Sam Gray at sam@wolfwilliams.com.au or call 0412 427 086.
