We strongly encourage qualified female legal leaders (UK/US qualified) looking to spearhead landmark real estate and hospitality projects in Saudi Arabia to apply.About the ClientOur client is a prominent Saudi Arabia–based investment holding group managing a multi-sector portfolio that spans financial services, strategic real estate developments, asset-aligned growth platforms, and land banking across regional and international markets.Position OverviewWe are seeking an exceptional Senior Legal Counsel to act as a key strategic legal advisor to executive leadership in Riyadh. Operating directly within the developer organization, this executive will shape legal frameworks, oversee complex cross-border transactions, negotiate high-value international hospitality operator agreements (HMAs), and mitigate risks across multi-billion-dollar real estate developments.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and negotiate commercial real estate development agreements, joint venture frameworks, construction contracts, and asset management agreements.Spearhead negotiations for Hotel Management Agreements (HMAs) and franchise contracts with luxury international hospitality operators.Ensure compliance with KSA's rapidly evolving real estate legal landscape while seamlessly integrating Western commercial best practices.Instruct, oversee, and direct external international and regional law firms to ensure efficient deal execution.Advise executive leadership on risk mitigation, cross-border commercial transactions, and corporate governance.Requirements & QualificationsProfessional Credentials: Active Solicitor/Barrister status in the UK, or State Bar Admission in the US (or equivalent common-law jurisdiction).Experience Level: 8 to 15+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE), ideally combining top-tier international law firm practice with in-house developer or corporate experience.Domain Expertise: Proven track record in complex commercial real estate development, hospitality transactions, or large-scale infrastructure projects.Soft Skills: Strong commercial acumen, executive presentation skills, and high-stakes negotiation capabilities.
