Senior Legal Advisor & Legal Head**Mandatory : Telugu Speaking *Location:* Hyderabad (Onsite)*Employment Type:* Full-time*Role Overview:*Srivay is looking for an experienced *Senior Legal Advisor & Legal Head* to lead the company's legal function, overseeing *corporate law, civil and criminal litigation, government liaisoning, contract management, and statutory compliance*. This role will work closely with the company's leadership to mitigate legal risks and ensure strong governance across all business operations.*Key Responsibilities:** *Advise company leadership* on corporate law, regulatory, and compliance matters.* *Handle civil and criminal litigation* involving the company, including coordinating with external legal counsel.* *Manage liaisoning* with government bodies, regulators, and local authorities.* *Draft, review, and negotiate* vendor, client, employment, partnership, and other commercial agreements.* *Monitor and manage ongoing legal cases* and ensure timely resolution.* *Ensure statutory compliance* with applicable laws, including company law, labor law, and other regulatory requirements.* *Identify and mitigate legal risks* across business operations.* *Build, mentor, and lead the internal legal team*, where applicable.*Requirements:** *LLB/LLM* from a recognized institution with *Bar Council enrollment*.* *8–15+ years of experience* in *corporate, civil, and criminal law*.* Proven expertise in *litigation management* and *government liaisoning*.* Strong *contract drafting, review, and negotiation* skills.* Experience working directly with *company leadership, senior management, or the Board of Directors*.* Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skillsPlease note: Fluency in spoken Telugu is mandatory for this role. Candidates who are not proficient in speaking Telugu will not be considered.
