About the Firm Dr. Sarhan Almuaini Advocates & Legal Consultants is a full-service law firm based in Business Bay, Dubai, delivering practical, results-driven legal advice The Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Manager to lead and coordinate our legal team, manage complex caseloads, and support the firm's continued growth.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage a portfolio of litigation and advisory matters across multiple practice areasDraft, review, and negotiate contracts, pleadings, and legal correspondenceCoordinate legal teams and supervise associates and support staffAdvise clients directly and maintain strong client relationshipsEnsure compliance with UAE laws and court proceduresFollow up with clients regularly, keep them updated on case progress, and manage expectations professionallyWork closely with the legal team, coordinate on cases, and supervise associates and support staffRequirementsStrong expertise in UAE law Proven experience managing cases and legal teamsExcellent drafting, negotiation, and client-management skillsFluency in Arabic and English Prior legal experience in the UAE is essential candidates must have hands-on experience practicing within the UAE legal systemPreferred / Strong AdvantageExperience appearing before the ADGM Courts and DIFC CourtsFamiliarity with common-law and offshore jurisdictions within the UAEAdditional languages beyond Arabic and English (e.g. French, Hindi, Urdu, Russian , Chinese ) are a plus
