Senior Legal Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Legal Specialist to join our Legal Affairs team. The role will focus on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements, while providing legal and commercial risk advice to business stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts and agreementsIdentify and advise on legal and commercial risks within contractsProvide legal advice to business units on contractual mattersSupport complex and high-value contract negotiationsMaintain contract records, approvals, renewals, and key contractual termsDevelop and maintain standard contract templates and playbooksCoordinate with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel when requiredSupport dispute resolution related to contractual mattersMentor junior Legal Specialists and contribute to improving contract processesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Law (LLB)4-7 years of experience in contract law, commercial law, or in-house legal practiceStrong hands-on experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contractsExperience providing legal advice and assessing contractual risksExperience in the E-commerce, Technology, or Retail sectors is preferredStrong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsExperience in a holding company or multi-entity environment is a plusLegal practice license is preferred
