Senior Lifting Coordinator

My client is a leading international contractor with a track record of working on major construction projects all over the world. They are currently working on a very high profile construction project in Riyadh and are looking for a senior lifting coordinator for the following;Develop detailed lift plans for all critical and complex lifts, considering crane capacity, load weight, geometry, and environmental conditionsCoordinate daily lifting activities among multiple contractors, crane operators, riggers, and site supervisorsOversee the operation of approx. 25 tower cranes, ensuring optimal utilization and safe coordination across various work zonesReview and approve lifting plans and method statements prepared by subcontractorsConduct risk assessments for lifting operations and implement control measuresSupervise and mentor lifting teams, including riggers and signalers, promoting safe practices and competency developmentLiaise with engineering, construction management, safety teams, and clients to align lifting operations with project schedule and safety requirementscandidates should ideally have an engineering or construction degree but must have at least 10 years experience as a lifting coordinator and should have experience of managing multiple tower cranes on busy and complex construction sites. candidates should have Valid certification as a Lifting Supervisor, Appointed Person, or equivalent (e.g., CPCS A61, LOLER Appointed Person, or country-specific equivalent)
