They are providing full-stack, all-scenario solution for products and services carriers, enterprises, governments, and individual consumers worldwide.Our client is looking for a Senior LLM Researcher on Agent to join the team.Responsibilities:• Build core competitiveness of large language models based on Ascend computing foundation, achieving industry-leading levels in long sequences, agents, strong reasoning, and software engineering. Make technological breakthroughs in new architectures and reasoning training algorithms to support the commercial success of the company’s core industries, including terminals, cloud services, and ICT.• Collaborate openly with the industry to jointly define and tackle the technical challenges of large models, focusing on next-generation technological breakthroughs. Cultivate technical talents in the field of large models, optimize the talent ladder for large model technologies, and support the delivery of high-quality models and related tools.• Proven experience in training large models at leading AI companies, or in building well-known intelligent agent systems from scratch, with key contributions to core model training or the development of critical agent modules.Knowledge and Skills Requirement:• Proven track record of research or development in large model training, agent systems, or agent capabilities (e.g., planning, memory, execution), including recognized technical publications or leading widely cited open-source projects. • Strong preference for candidates with notable achievements in agent technologies (autonomous planning, reliable execution, unlimited memory) or large model infrastructure.
