Senior LNG Trader / Trading Manager

Our client is a global energy portfolio player looking to bring in an experienced LNG Trader or Trading Manager into their Singapore office.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize a physical LNG trading portfolio, identifying, and executing profitable trading opportunities.Negotiate and execute LNG contracts and agreements with counterparties.Develop market views by monitoring LNG supply-demand fundamentals, pricing trends, shipping markets, and regional market dynamics.Optimize cargo flows and portfolio value through effective management of logistics, shipping optionality, and commercial opportunities.Build and maintain strong relationships with LNG suppliers and customers, shipping, and other market participants to support business growth and trading activities.Required Experience5 to 10 years of experience in LNG trading and LNG portfolio management, with a strong focus on physical LNG markets.Proven track record of originating, negotiating, and executing physical LNG transactions and commercial agreements.Act as a senior member of the trading team, coaching junior members and contributing to the development of trading strategies, market intelligence, and commercial best practices.Strong understanding of global LNG markets, LNG supply chains, shipping economics and portfolio optimization.Strong commercial acumen, analytical capability and relationship management skills, with an established network within the LNG industry.ContactKatie TuEA Personnel no.
