With a state-of-the-art warehouse for ready stock and long-standing partnerships with global brands, Danlesco focuses on premium quality, strong after-sales support, and a customer-oriented approach tailored to Gulf and Middle East markets.Role Description Senior Logistics Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for supporting end-to-end logistics operations across Danlesco Group’s product lines. This position oversees daily inventory monitoring, stock reconciliation, and coordination of inbound and outbound shipments from the Hamriyah Free Zone warehouse and other facilities. The role includes processing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, liaising with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. The Sr. Logistics Assistant also supports logistics planning, documentation, and compliance with company procedures, while helping resolve delivery issues and optimizing storage and distribution processes. This team member collaborates closely with sales, service, and customer support teams to maintain high service standards and efficient flow of goods to customers throughout the Middle East region.

Qualifications

-Candidates should possess strong Logistics Management skills, including coordination of shipments, documentation handling, and familiarity with regional logistics processes.Candidates should possess Inventory Management skills, including stock control, reconciliation, and warehouse operations oversight.Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to resolve logistics-related queries.Candidates should possess Organization Skills to manage multiple orders, deadlines, and documentation accurately and efficiently.Candidates should possess Purchasing experience, including handling purchase orders, supplier follow-up, and basic cost awareness.Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in logistics or supply chain roles, knowledge of ERP or inventory management systems, proficiency in MS Office, and strong written and spoken English; Arabic language skills and Middle East market experience are advantageous.A relevant bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
