Senior Logistics Manager

About the OpportunityA high-end fashion & leather goods brand under a leading global luxury group. China annual revenue exceeds RMB 3 billion with double-digit growth year on year. We are looking for a Logistics lead to manage a team of 3, reporting to the Merchandising Director. Systems and processes are still being built — strong scope to drive from 0 to 1.Key ResponsibilitiesImport customs clearance & compliance: country of origin, HS classification, labelling, CIQ, IP recordal; bonded and general tradeWarehouse management: bonded and general trade warehouse operations, process optimisation, inventory accuracyDomestic transportation & store delivery: SLA for ~30 stores, replenishment execution, peak-season planning3PL management: tendering, KPI design, cost control and service quality monitoringDrive WMS and related logistics system requirements, rollout and optimisationCross-functional collaboration with Merchandising, Retail, Finance, IT and overseas HQRequirementsBorn 1985 or later; Bachelor's degree or above; working proficiency in EnglishLogistics lead or No.2 in a well-known foreign consumer / luxury / premium retail brand (client side)Hands-on import customs clearance experience, not just approval/signingExperience across both bonded and general trade models3PL management and cost control experienceHas managed a team of 3+Adaptable to organisational change; resilient, proactive, not attached to job titleNice to Have: WMS build-from-scratch or upgrade experience; exposure to Merchandising/OTB and order-to-delivery cycles; after-sales/reverse logistics; store delivery for 20–60 stores.
