Senior Loss Prevention Manager

We're currently working with a large international business in Dubai on a Senior Loss Prevention Manager opportunity, reporting directly to senior leadership.This is a genuine build mandate for someone who wants to establish and shape a Loss Prevention function from the ground up, with significant ownership over its strategy, processes, systems, and tooling.The opportunity:Own Loss Prevention strategy and operations across the businessDesign and implement a modern, data-driven monitoring and alerting capabilityBuild and manage a continuous internal audit programme across multiple departmentsOversee internal and external access controlsEstablish the standards, processes and tooling for a newly developing functionIdentify risks, trends and control gaps and translate data into actionable insightsThe ideal background:Proven experience across Loss Prevention, Risk, Internal Audit or FraudStrong data analysis skills with experience using BI and reporting toolsExperience designing and implementing monitoring, audit or control programmesAbility to translate data into practical, actionable business insightsStrong cross-functional experience working across multiple teams, systems and departmentsExperience within a fast-paced, high-growth environment would be highly relevantThis is an opportunity for someone who wants genuine ownership, visibility, and the freedom to build a function, rather than inherit an established framework.
