We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Luxury Yacht Charter Broker to join our expanding team in the luxury yachting sector.The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with a strong background in yacht charter brokerage, an established industry network, and the ability to manage high-net-worth clientele while delivering exceptional charter experiences.Objectives of this roleManage and grow a portfolio of high-end charter clients Develop and maintain strong relationships with yacht owners, central agents, captains, and international brokers Promote and sell luxury crewed yacht charters Create bespoke charter proposals, itineraries, and client presentations Negotiate charter agreements and oversee the full booking process Ensure outstanding customer service before, during, and after each charter Attend international yacht shows, industry events, and networking activities Monitor market trends, fleet availability, and competitor activity Mentor junior brokers and support team development when required RequirementsMinimum 3–5 years of experience in crewed yacht charter brokerage or luxury travel sales Proven track record in charter sales and client relationship management Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills Established network within the yachting industry will be considered a strong advantage Fluent English, written and spoken Professional, proactive, and client-focused approach Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple high-end requests simultaneously Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and charter management platforms What We OfferAttractive salary package plus performance-based bonusesDynamic and professional working environment Career growth opportunities within a fast-growing yachting company Participation in major international yacht shows and industry events
