Senior M&E Manager

The King Hussein Cancer Foundation (KHCF) is seeking to hire for the position Senior M&E Manager at Cancer Care Insurance.The Senior Manager – Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) will lead the development and implementation of the department’s M&E function, ensuring effective monitoring of programs, operations, and strategic initiatives against defined objectives and performance indicators.The role will oversee performance frameworks, KPIs, data quality and validation, management reporting, and evaluation mechanisms, ensuring reliable and consistent information to support evidence-based decision-making. It will also contribute to strengthening accountability, audit readiness, and continuous improvement across the department.The Senior Manager will work closely with relevant teams to analyze performance, identify gaps and trends, and translate operational, financial, and system data into meaningful insights that support management in making informed operational and strategic decisions.Minimum education requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Statistics, Public Administration Insurance, Healthcare Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum years of experience required: 12 years of relevant experience in customer service, insurance, or subscription operations is required. Experience in NGO, healthcare, or donor-funded environments is an asset.
