Senior Machine Learning EngineerLocation: Abu Dhabi, UAE (On-site)Contract: Initial 6-month contractWe're supporting a leading AI organisation in Abu Dhabi that is looking to hire a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to develop and deploy production-grade machine learning solutions across LLMs, NLP and predictive AI.ResponsibilitiesDesign, build and deploy production-ready machine learning models.Develop LLM and NLP solutions, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.Optimise model performance for scalable production environments.Build automated ML pipelines and collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise systems.Contribute to forecasting, optimisation and intelligent decision-making applications.Requirements5+ years' experience in Machine Learning Engineering.Strong Python development skills.Commercial experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.Experience working with LLMs, NLP or transformer models.Knowledge of production ML, MLOps and model deployment.Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is desirable.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.What's on OfferCompetitive all-inclusive package.Visa sponsorship.Medical insurance.Mobilisation flight.2 weeks temporary accommodation for international hires.Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI projects in a collaborative engineering environment.If you're interested in learning more, we'd love to hear from you.
