This position is responsible for leading maintenance operations under Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), including planning, scheduling, and overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance activities for equipment and facilities. The role involves supervising maintenance teams, allocating resources, monitoring work quality, and ensuring that service-level agreements and safety standards are consistently met. The Senior Maintenance Manager will review maintenance reports, diagnose recurring issues, coordinate with vendors and clients, and implement improvements to maximize equipment uptime and lifecycle. The role also includes preparing budgets, optimizing costs, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders regarding maintenance plans, performance, and compliance.Responsible for managing and overseeing all after-sales service, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, breakdown response, troubleshooting, repair, testing, commissioning, and technical support activities for commercial kitchen and refrigeration equipment.Ensures that maintenance operations are delivered safely, efficiently, and withinagreed service levels while maintaining high standards of workmanship and customersatisfaction. The position is also responsible for managing the maintenance team,AMC/PPM contracts, warranty claims and coordination with manufacturers andsuppliers, spare parts requirements, service documentation, manpower deployment,and overall departmental performance.QualificationsStrong supervisory skills with experience in leading, mentoring, and evaluating maintenance teams.Proficiency in equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance, including troubleshooting and optimizing equipment performance.Expertise in maintenance management and maintenance & repair, with the ability to plan, implement, and improve AMC service operations.Proven experience in managing Annual Maintenance Contracts, including client coordination and adherence to service-level agreements.Solid understanding of safety regulations, compliance standards, and best practices in facilities and equipment maintenance.Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on reliability and uptime.Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment.Relevant technical qualification or diploma/degree in engineering or a related field; prior experience in a senior maintenance or AMC management role is highly beneficial.
