Senior Maintenance Technician

🏢 Company: Confidential📍 Location: [Riyadh – 2nd Industrial City ]🚨 We’re Hiring: Senior Maintenance Technician 📌 Reporting to: Maintenance ManagerAs Senior maintenance technician you will perform advanced and complex maintenance tasks on equipment and systems and supervise a team of technicians to ensure all machinery operates efficiently and according to required standards, while maintaining optimal performance and efficiency.What You’ll Bring:Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on advanced equipment and systems.Diagnose complex failures and conduct root cause analysis to resolve technical issues.Supervise, mentor, and guide junior technicians in the maintenance team.Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards in all maintenance tasks.Assist in the development and execution of preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime.Prepare detailed reports on completed tasks and provide recommendations for improvement.Participate in the inspection, installation, and commissioning of new equipment and train staff on its usage.Maintain accurate maintenance records and use CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) to document activities.Qualifications:Education:Diploma in mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.Experience:Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance, with experience in handling complex equipment.Skills:Technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, and control systemsAdvanced troubleshooting and fault diagnosisPreventive and corrective maintenance planning and executionLeadership and team management skillsProficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)Strong safety awareness and adherence to safety protocolsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsTime management and ability to prioritize tasksSkilled in technical documentation and record-keepingEffective communication skills (both technical and non-technical)
