In this role, the consultant will lead advisory engagements, diagnose complex business challenges, and develop practical strategies that support economic growth, social impact, and workforce transformation. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis, designing and refining business processes, preparing client reports and presentations, and facilitating stakeholder workshops. The consultant will collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and external partners to implement solutions, monitor performance, and ensure sustainable outcomes. This position also involves mentoring team members, contributing to thought leadership, and supporting business development activities that align with Aequitas Advisory Group’s values.Qualifications Strong consulting capabilities, including Management Consulting and general Consulting experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret financial, operational, and socio-economic data and translate findings into actionable insights.Experience in Finance, including financial modeling, budgeting, and economic analysis relevant to strategic advisory work.Proficiency in Business Process analysis and design, with the ability to improve workflows, governance structures, and organizational performance.Demonstrated experience in senior client-facing roles, including stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and presentation skills.Proven track record in strategy development, change management, and implementation of complex initiatives.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear, concise reports and persuasive recommendations.Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing priorities across on-site and remote work in Perth, WA.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Public Policy, or a related discipline; postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.Experience in projects related to economic development, social impact, or workforce transformation is highly beneficial.
