Pt Glori Investama has achieved an A+++ rating as a futures brokerage firm by the end of 2025, reflecting its strong performance and commitment to professional standards.Role Description The Senior Management Trainee role is a full-time, on-site position based in Surabaya. The individual in this role will support senior leaders in analyzing market trends, preparing reports, and contributing to strategic planning across futures, forex, and derivatives trading. Day-to-day tasks include assisting in operational oversight, participating in meetings with internal teams and clients, preparing presentations, and coordinating cross-functional projects. The Senior Management Trainee will also be involved in learning and applying regulatory and compliance requirements, supporting business development activities, and contributing to process improvements in brokerage operations. This position offers structured training, mentoring, and exposure to senior management decision-making.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong analytical and quantitative skills, including the ability to interpret financial data, market trends, and trading performance metrics.Candidates should possess solid communication and interpersonal skills for presenting findings, collaborating with teams, and interacting with clients and stakeholders.Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and support various management initiatives.Candidates should possess problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to identify operational improvements and support strategic decision-making.Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field is preferred; a strong interest in futures, forex, and derivatives trading is essential.Ability to work on-site in Surabaya, demonstrate professional integrity, and adapt quickly in a regulated, fast-paced financial environment.Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and comfort with online trading or financial platforms will be beneficial.Prior internship or experience in financial services, brokerage, or investment-related roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
