Senior Manager – Academic Operations

About Future VarsityFuture Varsity partners with leading universities to deliver career-oriented undergraduate and postgraduate programmes across Business, Technology, Events, Sports, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Design, and more.About the RoleWe are looking for an Senior Manager - Academic Operations to manage day-to-day academic operations, coordinate with faculty and students, and support academic quality and compliance initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate day-to-day academic operations, class schedules, faculty coordination, and academic activities.Act as a key point of contact for student academic queries and concerns.Coordinate with faculty to ensure smooth delivery of classes, assessments, and academic activities.Maintain academic records, attendance, reports, schedules, and documentation.Support NAAC accreditation, documentation, data collection, and quality assurance activities.Assist in the implementation and documentation of NEP 2020 initiatives and academic processes.Coordinate examinations, workshops, guest lectures, masterclasses, and student development activities.Work closely with Academic, Training & Internship, Administration, and other teams.Identify operational gaps and support process improvement and student experience initiatives.Requirements8+ years of hands-on experience in Academic Operations / Academic Coordination / Student Relations.Experience in a college/university or higher education institution preferred.Hands-on exposure to NAAC accreditation and NEP 2020 is highly preferred.Strong faculty and student coordination skills.Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Workspace and academic documentation.Ability to manage multiple academic activities and stakeholders effectively.If you are passionate about academic excellence, student engagement, and improving education delivery, we would love to hear from you.
