Senior Manager – Accounting & ReportingSalary : AED 26,000 + benefitsDubai, UAEWe're looking for a Senior Manager – Accounting & Reporting to lead and strengthen accounting, financial reporting, and controllership environment across the Group. Reporting to the Group CFO, you'll own the integrity of our books and records, drive timely financial close, strengthen balance sheet governance, and ensure audit readiness across entities.ResponsibilitiesOwn monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes across Group entitiesEnsure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of the general ledger, reconciliations, accruals, and provisionsDrive timely preparation and review of financial statements and management accounts per applicable accounting standardsStrengthen balance sheet governance and resolve aged, unreconciled, or unusual itemsDevelop and enhance accounting policies, SOPs, internal controls, and governance frameworksDrive standardization of accounting processes and chart of accounts across entities and geographiesProvide guidance on complex accounting matters and appropriate treatmentStrengthen controls around revenue recognition, receivables, payables, fixed assets, payroll, and intercompany transactionsLead coordination of statutory and internal audits, ensuring timely closure of findingsPartner with Tax, FP&A, Treasury, and business finance teams to ensure consistency of financial informationDrive improvements in close timelines, data quality, and automationSupport ERP and finance transformation initiatives, escalating significant matters to the Group CFOWhat We're Looking ForQualified Chartered Accountant — ICAI12–16 years of relevant experience, with a focus on accounting, controllership, GL, audits, and financial reportingStrong hands-on experience with financial close, statutory audits, reconciliations, and balance sheet governanceSolid grounding in accounting standards and financial reporting requirementsExperience in complex, multi-entity, multi-geography environments strongly preferredA mix of Big 4 and MNC/diversified group/promoter-led organization experience is a plus
