AMW represents a strong dealer network island wide for sales service and spare parts.The company is a fully owned subsidiary of the Al-Futtaim Group, U.A.E.Overview of the roleWe are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Senior Manager - Aftersales | Renault to lead aftersales and technical management for Renault. The role will be responsible for managing the overall brand franchise for after sales including PDI, workshop operation , field service network, spare parts operation, technical reporting and warranty management ,ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction, technical excellence, operational efficiency, and profitability while complying with Renault's global aftersales standards.Job Description Manage the day-to-day operations of the Renault workshop, ensuring efficient workflow, productivity, and service quality.Achieve workshop revenue, labor sales, productivity, efficiency, and profitability targets.Ensure adherence to Renault service and repair standards, processes, and technical guidelines.Lead, coach, and develop a team of service advisors, technicians, and workshop support staff.Monitor workshop KPIs, including technician utilization, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and turnaround times.Ensure timely diagnosis and resolution of technical issues through effective coordination with Renault principals and technical support teams.Drive customer satisfaction initiatives and ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints and escalations.Monitor warranty repairs and ensure compliance with Renault warranty policies and procedures.Collaborate with Parts, Warranty, Sales, and Customer Relations teams to optimize aftersales performance.Maintain workplace safety standards, tools, equipment, and workshop facilities in line with company and manufacturer requirements.Plan and implement technical training and skill development programs for workshop personnel.Prepare operational reports, performance reviews, and business improvement plans for management.What equips you for the roleBachelor's Degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Professional qualifications from recognized automotive institutions will be an added advantage.Minimum 6 – 10 years of experience in automotive workshop operations, with at least 4 years in managerial capacity, handling automobile franchise operation, Experience managing franchise or dealer workshops within a reputed automotive organization.Strong knowledge of workshop operations, vehicle diagnostics, technical troubleshooting, and aftersales management.Familiarity with Renault products and European automotive brands will be an added advantage.Experience working with Dealer Management Systems (DMS), SAP ERP, and workshop performance reporting tools.Strong leadership, people management, and coaching capabilities.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Customer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement.If you believe you're a good fit for the position described above, please send your CV to AMW.careerswithus@amwltd.com within 14 days of this advertisement.
