Role: Chief Manager/ Senior Manager – AML Officer (Bank)Exp: 12+ years/ 7+ Years Location: GurgaonIndustry: Indian Bank/ Indian FintechPurpose of the Job (Brief)The incumbent will be responsible to ensure that Bank complies with AML regulations and provides necessary support to the Compliance function in monitoring of transactions.DeliverablesClosure of alerts with respect to AMLRecommending STRs on cases fit for STR filingTo do various transaction monitoring activitiesPreparation and Updation of data for FIU reportingSuggesting AML process improvement plans to eliminate gapsEnsuring that the Bank complies with FIU/RBI regulationsDemonstrate (Key competencies)Result-oriented with ability to complete tasks within the timelines defined by the RegulatorIn-depth knowledge on PMLA including FINGateAnalytical and problem solving abilitiesExcellent communication skillsHands on MS-Excel; SQL would be an added advantageDecision LevelPrime: Final Decision Making authority, accountable to the ManagementClosure and Recommendations on AML alertsConduct trainings on RBI CompliancesProcess Improvement PlansReporting and presentations on non- compliancesShared: Decisions reached jointly with peers on a collective basisDocumentation on AML proceduresCoordinate with other Control functionsContributory: Makes a major contribution to a decision or policy judgment reached by othersGuidance to staff and various team members on AML related issues.Interested candidate can share their cv at sanjana@beanhr.com
