Senior Manager, Data & AnalyticsWashington DC - Baltimore AreaUp to $200k + BonusWe're partnered with a well-established, consumer-facing business seeking a Senior Manager, Data & Analytics to lead a multifunctional data team and act as a strategic partner to senior business leadership.This is a genuine business-facing data leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys balancing stakeholder influence, team leadership, and hands-on analytical problem solving.What you'll do• Lead a team spanning analytics, BI/reporting, and data engineering capabilities• Partner with senior commercial, operational, and finance stakeholders• Own prioritisation, roadmap planning, and delivery across a diverse portfolio of data initiatives• Drive decision-making through insight, reporting, and analytical problem solving• Improve data quality, reporting capability, and business adoption of analytics• Help shape future capabilities across AI, predictive analytics, and modern data productsWhat we're looking for• 7+ years in Analytics, BI, Data Science, or related disciplines• Prior people leadership experience• Experience owning broad analytics scope rather than a narrow specialist function• Strong SQL and modern BI tooling experience (Looker, Omni, or similar)• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage competing priorities• Comfortable operating as both leader and player-coachNice to have• Retail, ecommerce, subscription, consumer, or other data-rich business experience• Snowflake, dbt, or Python exposure• Experience leading mixed analytics and engineering teamsPackage📍 Greater Baltimore / DC region (hybrid)💰 $160,000-$200,000 baseIf you're interested in leading a high-impact data function within a growing organisation, apply confidentially for more information.
