Senior Manager - Artificial IntelligenceLead AI governance, assurance, model evaluation, and enterprise AI adoption while ensuring AI solutions are secure, scalable, compliant, and production-ready. Work closely with Data Science, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Cybersecurity, and business stakeholders.Key RequirementsStrong AI/ML background using TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras.Strong Python programming skills.Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure ML, AWS, or GCP.Experience with Hadoop, Spark, and large-scale data platforms.Understanding of AI governance, responsible AI, compliance, and risk management.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Key Responsibilities1. AI Governance & Assurance Own AI Assurance Framework. Present AI risks, use cases, and approvals to the AI Governance Board. Ensure Responsible AI compliance. Lead governance reviews for high-risk AI systems. Work with Legal, Risk, Cybersecurity, Audit, and Compliance teams.2. AI Model Development & Deployment Review and approve production AI solutions. Establish AI guardrails. Ensure documentation, versioning, traceability, and lifecycle management. Drive assurance-by-design practices.3 AI Model Evaluation & TestingDefine model validation standards.Assess accuracy, bias, robustness, explainability, and drift.Lead continuous monitoring and assurance reviews.Report AI risks and mitigation plans to leadership.4. Knowledge Sharing & LeadershipAct as AI governance thought leader.Mentor teams on Responsible AI.Develop AI assurance playbooks and training materials.Represent Dubai Airports in audits and external forums.5. AI Strategy & CollaborationSupport enterprise AI roadmap.Advise on Agentic AI, Automation, and Advanced AI initiatives.Balance innovation with governance and risk controls.Manage AI assurance engagement with vendors and regulators.This role is best suited for someone who combines:Strong AI/ML technical expertiseAI Governance & Responsible AI experienceModel Evaluation / AI Assurance experienceEnterprise stakeholder managementExperience in regulated industries (Banking, Aviation, Telecom, Government, Financial Services)
