ANTA Sports is also the largest shareholder of Amer Sports, Inc., a global group of iconic sports and outdoor brands, including Arc’teryx, Salomon, Wilson, Peak Performance, and Atomic, whose shares are listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: AS).Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute ANTA’s Key Account strategy and business plan across GCC markets to drive sales growth and market expansion.Identify, develop, and manage strategic retail partners, wholesalers, franchisees, consignment partners, and other key accounts across the GCC.Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and lead commercial negotiations, including business models, pricing, discounts, payment terms, sales targets, and other commercial terms.Manage Key Account business from a full product lifecycle perspective, including seasonal assortment planning, product launch, sell-through, replenishment, markdown, and inventory management.Review and manage customers’ OTB (Open-to-Buy), purchasing plans, inventory levels, and sell-through performance to ensure healthy stock levels and maximize sales opportunities.Monitor account profitability and overall business performance, balancing sales growth, discount levels, margins, inventory, and receivables to ensure sustainable and profitable growth.Work closely with Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure effective execution of Key Account business plans and establish appropriate account management standards and processes.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree or above with 8+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Wholesale, Franchise, Business Development, or related commercial roles, preferably in sportswear, footwear, fashion, or retail.Strong GCC retail market knowledge and proven experience in developing and managing major retail accounts and business partners.Strong commercial and merchandising acumen, with solid experience in OTB, product lifecycle, margin management, pricing, discount control, and commercial negotiations.Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills; Arabic is an advantage. Willing to travel frequently across GCC markets.
