Senior Manager – Automotive Detailing & Vehicle Care Services

Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the overall automotive detailing, vehicle care and enhancement services business to achieve revenue, profitability and growth targets.Oversee day-to-day operations of detailing center/s, ensuring high standards of service quality, efficiency and productivity.Manage vehicle detailing, ceramic coating, paint protection film (PPF), polishing, upholstery care and other value-added automotive services.Develop and implement business development initiatives, promotional campaigns and strategic partnerships to expand the customer base and service portfolio.Drive customer satisfaction and retention by ensuring excellent service delivery and effective resolution of customer concerns.Monitor business performance, budgets, costs and profitability while implementing measures to optimize operational efficiency.Lead, mentor, and develop managers, supervisors, technicians and support staff to foster a high-performance culture.Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, workplace safety requirements and environmental regulations.Identify industry trends, continuous improvement opportunities and innovative service offerings to strengthen market competitiveness.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business Management, Automotive Management, Mechanical Engineering, Marketing or a related field.Professional qualifications in Operations Management or Business Administration will be an added advantage.Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the automotive industry, vehicle care services, detailing operations or related business.Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a managerial or senior managerial capacity.Proven experience in managing automotive detailing centers, vehicle enhancement services or after-sales operations.Experience in ceramic coating, paint protection film (PPF), detailing products and vehicle care solutions will be a significant advantage.
