About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Budget Management & Reporting to lead workforce-related budgeting, forecasting, planning, and reporting activities. The role requires a strong combination of budget management expertise and practical exposure to workforce planning, manpower budgeting, payroll budgeting, and HR reporting.The successful candidate will partner closely with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders to manage workforce costs, support headcount planning, deliver insightful reporting, and drive effective budget governance across the organization.This position is ideal for professionals who possess experience in workforce cost management, manpower planning, payroll budgeting, HR analytics, or human capital financial planning, alongside strong budgeting and reporting capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead annual budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes for workforce-related expenditure.Manage manpower budgets, payroll budgets, workforce cost forecasts, and headcount planning activities.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, dashboards, and performance analyses.Conduct budget variance analysis and provide insights to support informed decision-making.Partner with HR and business leaders to support workforce planning and resource optimization initiatives.Monitor workforce costs and ensure adherence to approved budgets.Develop financial models, workforce forecasts, and planning scenarios.Support strategic planning through workforce analytics and data-driven reporting.Ensure compliance with budget governance, policies, and reporting requirements.Present findings and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.Drive continuous improvement in budgeting, planning, and reporting processes.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.10–12 years of relevant experience in Budget Management, Reporting, Workforce Planning, HR Budgeting, or Human Capital Planning.Demonstrated experience in manpower budgeting, workforce planning, payroll budgeting, and headcount forecasting.Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial analysis.Experience working closely with HR teams and business stakeholders.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.Interested candidates may share their updated CV to: naheeda.kausar@adecco.com#WorkforcePlanning #ManpowerPlanning #HRBudgeting #PayrollBudgeting #HeadcountPlanning #HRAnalytics #WorkforceAnalytics #BudgetManagement #ManagementReporting #HumanCapitalPlanning
