Client Details * Our client is a diversified UAE-based group operating across multiple business sectors and experiencing significant growth and transformation. Description * Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities across multiple business units. * Oversee group-wide financial consolidations, management reporting, and performance analysis. * Manage and develop a team of finance professionals, including accountants and senior accountants. * Support strategic initiatives, investment evaluations, and business case assessments. * Drive budget-versus-actual reviews, variance analysis, and corrective action planning. * Ensure strong financial controls, governance, and adherence to delegation of authority frameworks. * Prepare executive-level reporting and insights for senior leadership and key stakeholders. Job Offer * Permanent employment contract. * Location in Abu Dhabi. * UAE National with Family Book (essential). * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline. * Minimum 10 years' finance experience, with at least 3+ years leading teams * Strong background in FP&A, financial operations, consolidations, and management reporting. * Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP is highly preferred. * Experience within real estate, property management, facilities management, or a related sector is advantageous.
