Senior Manager - Business Development (FinTech, Tech and Innovation)

The ideal candidate will support the CBDO in attracting and registering channel partners/new clients, maintaining and deepening channel partner relationships via regular proactive engagement and the identification of areas for growth and collaboration, providing an exceptional level of ongoing client service.REQUIREMENTS:• 6 to 8 years of experience in a similar role in Business Development and Client Management for any organization. 4 years managerial responsibility in an organization of similar scope and size.• Proven business development and commercial sales experience within the technology, fintech, or payments industry.• Experience working with leading organizations such as Visa, Mastercard, Microsoft, or other top-tier fintech and technology.• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.• UAE market experience is essential, with Dubai experience preferred due to the nature of stakeholder engagement.
