Senior Business Systems ManagerA leading international engineering and technology company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Manager.With a strong existing footprint and as one of the market leaders in its field, the company is looking for an experienced Business Systems Lead or Financial Systems Manager with strong ERP and Transformation experience to join their team and improve the Business Applications Landscape.This role will lead projects to streamline and harmonise processes and to improve the Business Systems landscape. Working with senior stakeholders, you will map as-is processes and systems, identify improvements, and will define and deliver the ERP and Financial Systems roadmap.Profile8+ years of professional experience as Business Systems Manager, Head of ERP, Transformation Lead or similar in an international businessExperience managing a large Cloud ERP system landscape e.g. SAP S4 Hana, Oracle Fusion, IFS, MS Dynamics 365, Netsuite, Workday or similarExperienced defining the Business Systems roadmap and managing the delivery of a portfolio projects to transform Business systems and processesStrong business process understanding across areas including Finance, Logistics, Procurement and OperationsProven experience delivering large ERP and Business Systems Transformation projects, e.g. new systems implementation, Module rollouts, business process improvements and automation, System evaluation and selection of new technologyProject management experience within Business Systems or ERP settingStrong Communication skills and Change Management experienceThis is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic organisation and take the Business Applications and Financial Systems to the next level within an international company!
