With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.Charter and standards (all markets)Own the audit charter: scope, cadence, scoring, reporting and escalation rules for UAE, KSA and Egypt.Standardize one audit framework across markets, so a score in Riyadh means the same as a score in Dubai or Cairo.Own the audit question bank across zones (store front, inventory, chiller/freezer, pantry, washroom, pests, garbage, parking, rider waiting area, store surroundings, Building Management). Set Pass / Fail / NA rules and controllable vs non-controllable owners. Make photo and comment evidence mandatory on every fail. Remove subjective checks that cannot be evidenced.Keep the team independent: auditors do not report into, get rated by or get scheduled by the operations teams they audit.Audit coverage and executionHead the UAE store and warehouse audit network directly (dark stores plus warehouses).Run every audit type: weekly store audits, warehouse audits, pre-launch store audits (jointly with FSQ), movable-asset audits (bins, separators, totes, rider assets) and re-audits of failed stores.Deploy auditors on risk: set on-site vs virtual audit mix, routing and visit frequency from each store's audit score and incident history.Scoring, technology and reportingDrive the rollout of the audit app and keep the audit score live on DSMA at all times for every store. Work with Product and Tech on scope, data quality and adoption.Publish the weekly audit summary per market and function (Fulfilment, Logistics): pass rate, fail rate by category, month-on-month trend and re-audit outcomes. Give leadership a monthly cross-market view.Own closure: every finding has an owner (store ops, FM, inventory, logistics, real estate), a due date and a re-audit to verify it. Escalate repeat and critical fails.Settle audit disputes against the SOP and the evidence, and run calibration so auditors score the same way.Enforcement, community and investigationsAct as the enforcement arm: feed audit outcomes into consequence management (warning letters, vendor chargebacks or recovery) together with market ops and HR.Support investigations into losses, wrong-item dispatches, expiry and pest complaints, and compliance breaches.Liaise with Building Management and the community so stores become a good part of their buildings and neighborhoods. Run the weekly BM connect, keep the BM and landlord escalation tracker, and close violation notices and neighbor complaints with FM, RE and market ops.PeopleLead the KSA and Egypt team and the store auditor team: hiring, training, calibration, performance and integrity checks. What you'll need:8+ years in audit, inspection, compliance, loss prevention or quality, with 3+ years leading multi-site teams. An ex-military profile is preferred, for inspection rigour and enforcement discipline.Experience setting up audit frameworks, scoring models and SOPs across several sites or countries.Comfort with audit apps, dashboards and data. You can read a fail-rate trend and find the root cause. The independence and backbone to report what you find, and to hold senior operators to account.Experience in retail, quick commerce, warehousing or food operations is a plus. Food safety (HACCP or similar) and Arabic are a plus.Willing to travel across UAE, KSA and Egypt.Who will excel?People with high standards, who understand that hard work matters.People who are relentlessly resourceful and have a deep bias for action.People with the courage to be fiercely original.noon is not for everyone: you must be ready to adapt, pivot and learn.
