Job Title: Senior Manager – Mutual Fund OperationsExperience: 10+ Years

Location: BKC, MumbaiJob Overview : We are looking for a Senior Manager – Mutual Fund Operations with strong experience in handling end-to-end Mutual Fund operational activities and managing multiple stakeholders.The role will involve managing client onboarding for Demat and Non-Demat clients, NAV-related activities, SIP and NACH/e-Mandate processing, AMC and RTA coordination, scheme master maintenance, MIS and regulatory reporting.The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, timely resolution of queries and escalations, and adherence to defined SLAs and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Handle and monitor client onboarding activities for individual and corporate clients.Monitor NAV upload/download activities and coordinate with relevant stakeholders in case of any issues.Manage NACH/e-Mandate registration and ensure timely processing as per regulatory requirements.Handle SIP feeds and coordinate with service providers for timely processing.Monitor AMC and Mutual Fund scheme updates, including NFOs and relevant circulars.Coordinate with AMCs, RTAs, members and other stakeholders for operational activities and issue resolution.Prepare and monitor MIS and support regulatory reporting requirements.Handle operational queries and escalations and ensure timely closure.Monitor daily activities against defined SLAs and TATs.Manage and guide the operations team to ensure smooth and accurate processing.Support process improvements and other Mutual Fund operational activities as requiredLooking for candidates with experience in:Mutual Fund Operations | MF Platform Operations | NAV | SIP | NACH/e-Mandate | AMC | RTA | Scheme Master | MIS | Regulatory Reporting | Stakeholder Management | SLA Management | Team ManagementIf you are interested or know someone who would be a good fit, please share the updated CV with cv.hr@evokehr.com
