Senior Manager – Construction Technology & Robotics

Key RequirementsBachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, Automation, Construction Technology, or related field.Master’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Technology Management, or related discipline is preferred.Minimum 15+ years of experience in construction, engineering, digital transformation, automation, or technology implementation.Proven experience in identifying, evaluating, and implementing construction technology, robotics, automation, AI, IoT, drones, BIM, or digital construction solutions.Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project execution processes, and operational challenges.Experience leading pilot projects, innovation programs, and large-scale technology deployments.Strong stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and management skills change.Experience working with technology vendors, consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams.Ability to develop business cases, measure ROI, and drive technology adoption across projects.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.Job DescriptionDevelop and drive the Construction Technology & Robotics strategy aligned with business objectives and operational requirements.Identify suitable technology, automation, AI, and robotic solutions to transform manual construction activities into efficient automated processes.Evaluate emerging construction technologies and assess their applicability, feasibility, and business value.Lead pilot projects, proof-of-concept studies, and site trials to validate innovative solutions.Manage the selection, procurement, implementation, and scaling of construction technology solutions across project sites.Collaborate with project teams, engineering, operations, HSE, procurement, and external technology partners to ensure successful deployment.Develop implementation standards, operating procedures, and governance frameworks for technology adoption.Drive change management initiatives, user engagement, and training programs to ensure successful adoption by site teams.Monitor technology performance and measure improvements in productivity, safety, quality, schedule adherence, and reduction of manual effort.Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to track performance and return on investment.Stay updated on emerging industry trends, robotics advancements, AI applications, and smart construction technologies.
