Senior Manager, Corporate Compliance - Insurance

Roles ResponsibilitiesLead and advise on key compliance programs, including Outsourcing, FATCA, Common Reporting Standard (CRS)and Code of Conduct.Coordinate across compliance teams to prepare risk reports for senior management, Boards, and committees. Identify cross-functional trends and flag emerging risks early.Maintain the regulatory database, track regulatory developments across HK and Macau, manage compliance incidents/remedial actions, and support complex fraud or whistleblowing investigations.Identify risks and updates assessment on compliance risks, controls and actions for areas acting as the SME in the Risk and Control Assessment (RCA) System for the Compliance function. Partner with the Compliance Assurance function to perform risk-based monitoring activities to ensure existing and new regulatory requirements are complied with.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of risk or compliance experience within a financial institution.Bachelor’s degree required; professional credentials in Law, Accounting, or Audit are highly preferred.Deep expertise in Hong Kong insurance regulations. Proficiency in both Chinese and English
