The job holder is responsible for identifying, designing, building, and scaling data, analytics, automation, and AI solutions that create measurable business value across the organization.The role combines strategic problem solving, product ownership, hands-on technical delivery, and transformation leadership. Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, the job holder will identify opportunities, define use cases, quantify value, develop business cases, design solutions, build products, drive adoption, and track value realization.This is a hands-on role requiring active contribution to solution design and delivery. The successful candidate will combine strong commercial and business acumen with the ability to personally develop and deploy data, analytics, automation, and AI solutions that solve business problems and deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Value Identification & Solution DefinitionIdentify opportunities to improve revenue, productivity, customer experience, operational performance, and decision-making through data, analytics, automation, and AI.Develop business cases, value hypotheses, success metrics, and implementation roadmaps.Quantify benefits and establish value realization frameworks.Prioritize initiatives based on value, feasibility, risk, and strategic alignmentProduct Ownership & Solution DesignOwn the lifecycle of data, analytics, automation, and AI products from concept through deployment and adoption.Define product vision, user requirements, roadmaps, backlogs, and delivery priorities.Translate business challenges into technical requirements, user stories, and solution designs.Drive user adoption, product enhancements, and continuous improvementHands-On Technical DeliveryDesign, develop, deploy, and maintain data/analytical solutions, dashboards, automation solutions, and AI-enabled products.Build and maintain ETL/ELT processes and data transformation workflows.Write and optimize SQL, Python, and related analytical codeDevelop prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and minimum viable products.Troubleshoot technical issues and continuously improve solution performance, scalability, and reliability.Analytics, AI & AutomationDevelop dashboards, KPI frameworks, management reporting, and decision-support solutions.Conduct exploratory, diagnostic, and predictive analysis.Design and implement automation, machine learning, generative AI, and advanced analytics use cases.Evaluate business value, data readiness, technical feasibility, implementation requirements, and associated risks.Stakeholder Management & Delivery LeadershipPartner with business leaders, architects, engineers, analysts, vendors, and external partners.Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and solution design activities.Communicate progress, risks, recommendations, insights, and realized value to senior stakeholders.Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives and products.Governance & Continuous ImprovementEstablish and maintain standards for data quality, documentation, testing, deployment, security, and operational support.Promote best practices for product development, data management, AI governance, and solution delivery.Support the development and coaching of internal teams and stakeholders.Drive a culture of innovation, experimentation, and value realization.Who we are looking for:Between 6-8 years of relevant experience across data product development, applied AI, technology consulting, or data-enabled transformation.Demonstrated experience personally transforming a problem to production grade product.Proven experience working directly with senior business stakeholders and cross-functional technical teams.Education / Professional Certifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, AI, Mathematics, Statistics, or another relevant quantitative discipline.Technical Competencies:Experience in Data platform like Databricks, Azure foundry, Spark, Hive, Palantir Foundry etc.Experienced with data modelling, design patterns, building highly scalable and secured analytical solutions .Proficiency in Python, SQL, PL/SQL, Spark and similar languagesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to quickly learn new tools and build production-grade solutions is essentialWorking knowledge of APIs, orchestration, scheduling, integration patterns, structured and unstructured data, and common file formats.Ability to build and evaluate analytics, automation, machine-learning, or generative-AI prototypes and products.Understanding of data governance, metadata, lineage, master data, data quality, information security, privacy, and responsible AI.As much as we would be delighted to entertain all applicants, due to the high volumes of applications, only successful applicants will be contacted within 14 business days.
