The company is a fully owned subsidiary of the Al-Futtaim Group, U.A.E.Overview of the roleThe Senior Manager – Dealer Network Management (Passenger Vehicle | After Sales) will be responsible for overseeing development, performance, and compliance of after sales network of the company (Company own – Tier 01 service, Dealer Franchise – Pitstop and Authorized service networks) alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. Position will be a senior strategic position of the company, reporting to Director – After sales. Scope of the Role: Define network strategy for after sales, based on area potential, TIV. Identity area potential, capacity planning and resource mapping for regional workshops / Body shops and Pitstops’ Search on prime locations for own workshop network, potential dealers for franchise operation (Pitstop). Business Feasibility proposals, project execution, commissioning.Resource mapping and acquiring (Capex, Opex and HR), Performance management, ROI, YOY growth of service network. Maintaining Branding / Brand CI standard, product Training Ensure standard and compliances of after sales network to ensure “fool proof” operation structure. Organize regional engagement events / regional service camps and recognition programs in coordination with vehicle sales and spare parts teams. Design and implement rewards / recognition programs promoting performance-based culture, What equips you for the roleBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management or Marketing Minimum overall 15 years of experience in Automobile after sales, including minimum 5 years in senior leadership level in Automobile network management or channel development, Strong understanding of workshop capacity planning, workshop SOP’s, service KPIs (Mechanical and Body shop) Basic Finance / project proposal appraisal knowledge. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, (English with one of native Language) Strong Proven networking with business stake-holding parties (like Insurance, Government key accounts, Regulatory bodies) Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven performance analysis and reporting.Proficiency IT (Microsoft Office), in and experience with ERP or CRM systems.
