Senior Manager - Development

You will help shape decisions that influence project direction, delivery strategy, and overall development outcomes while working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners across the project lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale development projectsManage project budgets, schedules, risks, and cross-functional stakeholder alignmentCoordinate architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors through delivery milestonesConduct feasibility studies and market assessments to support development decisionsEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and project governanceRequirementsBachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field9-12 years of experience managing large-scale real estate or development projects, including mixed-use and large-scale masterplan developmentsStrong experience with project budgeting, scheduling, and risk managementProven ability to lead cross-functional teams and external delivery partnersExperience working closely with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and senior internal decision-makersHands-on experience with Excel-based financial modeling or reporting platforms such as Power BINative-level English proficiency
