Your expertise in data analytics will play a crucial role in shaping financial strategies and decision-making processes in alignment with our vision for the future of entertainment in Saudi Arabia.Applications close on the 26th of July 2026.ResponsibilitiesLead portfolio performance analysis, monitoring key financial metrics including IRR, ROE, profitability, cash flow, and project performanceOwn, maintain, and update business plans, financial models, and forecasts across multiple development projectsConduct variance analysis, scenario planning, and sensitivity testing to support strategic decision-makingDevelop executive dashboards and portfolio reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization toolsPresent business plans, financial analyses, and investment recommendations to senior leadership and governance committeesIdentify value creation opportunities and provide financial insights to support strategic planning and annual budgetingEstablish reporting standards, improve reporting processes, drive automation initiatives, and ensure data quality across the portfolioCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver accurate financial reporting and actionable business insightsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related disciplineMaster's degree or a professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, or CPA is preferred9-12 years of experience in development finance, feasibility studies, financial modelling, and portfolio reportingStrong experience in managing business plans, forecasting, and financial performance analysis for large-scale development projectsExpert-level financial modelling skills in Excel, including DCF modelling, waterfall models, and sensitivity analysisAdvanced proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and PowerPoint for executive reporting and data visualizationExcellent analytical, presentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills
