Your expertise will be key in ensuring that our residential projects align with quality standards, sustainability principles, and the needs of future residents.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end development process for residential projects, ensuring alignment with the strategic goals of QiddiyaActively engage in feasibility studies, land acquisition, and project planning effortsSupervise project teams while collaborating with architects, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely and successful project deliveryPrepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and risk assessments throughout the development lifecycleFoster relationships with local authorities and stakeholders to facilitate project approvals and compliance with regulationsMonitor market trends and best practices to ensure our developments meet current demands and future expectationsDeliver project updates and presentations to senior management and other stakeholders, highlighting progress and addressing challenges as they ariseRequirementsBachelor's degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plusMinimum of 7-10 years of experience in residential development managementDemonstrated experience in delivering successful residential projects, with a comprehensive understanding of all development phasesStrong background in real estate markets within the Middle East regionExceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrentlyProven leadership abilities and experience in managing cross-functional teamsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsExperience with project management software and tools, ensuring efficient project tracking and reporting
