Senior Manager, Digital IT & Transformation - Qatarization

Role PurposeWe are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Digital IT & Transformation to lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives and drive the implementation of innovative technology solutions that enhance business performance, customer experience, and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and execution of the organization's digital transformation roadmap.Identify, design, and implement innovative digital solutions that improve business processes and service delivery.Drive automation, digitization, AI, data analytics, and emerging technology initiatives.Partner with business leaders to understand challenges and translate them into technology-driven solutions.Lead end-to-end digital transformation programs, from strategy development to implementation and adoption.Champion change management and ensure successful user adoption of digital platforms.Evaluate and introduce new technologies that create measurable business value.Establish governance frameworks for digital initiatives and technology investments.Ideal Candidate ProfileBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 10 years of experience in IT, Digital Solutions, Digital Transformation, or Technology Consulting.Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation and business modernization projects.Experience delivering digital platforms, process automation, enterprise applications, cloud solutions, and customer-focused technologies.Strong understanding of emerging technologies, including AI, data analytics, automation, and digital innovation.Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder environments.Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and change management skills.Preferred ExperienceDigital Transformation StrategyEnterprise Digital SolutionsBusiness Process Re-engineeringArtificial Intelligence & AutomationData Analytics & Business IntelligenceCloud TechnologiesSmart Services & Customer Experience TransformationIT Governance and Innovation Management
