We partner other NTUC departments to analyse root causes and design cost-effective plans that use technologies to solve business problems. Join us if you want to use your skills to help workers to earn a better living and live a better life.This position is in NTUC’s Transformation Office, which drives digital transformation in NTUC.In this role will:Work in cross-functional teams to shape and realise business transformation through digital technology, including adoption of AI-enabled solutionsApply structured discovery and problem-solving approaches (e.g. root cause analysis, process analysis, design thinking) to engage stakeholders, understand business needs, identify trade-offs and opportunities, and break down complex problems into actionable decisions and plans.Co-create future-state processes, operating models and solution concepts with stakeholders, facilitating decisions that balance business goals, user needs and constraints.Communicate business concepts, process definitions and business rules clearly using artefacts such as process maps, user journeys and user stories to facilitate decision-making in solution designBuild good working relationships and influence stakeholders to achieve alignment on priorities, decisions and changesSupport department-level corporate planning and budgetingJob RequirementsBachelor’s degree with 5-10 years of experience in areas that require strong analysis, holistic problem solving, and creative solutioningExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsComfortable navigating ambiguity and charting a clear path aheadAble to explain technical concepts simply to the business units, and articulate business needs to technologistsExperience in analysing business processes and translating them to technology solutions would be an advantageSet high standards and continuously seek improvements in processesHave a strong sense of curiosity
