Tata Electronics is committed to creating a socioeconomic footprint by employing many women in its workforce and actively supporting local communities through initiatives in environment, education, healthcare, sports and livelihood.Role SummaryThe Senior Manager – Digital Transformation PMO will establish and lead a value‑driven transformation PMO across multiple EMS manufacturing sites.This role will partner closely with Business and Functional leaders to define, prioritize, and deliver digital and business transformation initiatives, ensuring clear ROI, fast execution, and measurable outcomes.This is a hands‑on leadership role, accountable for turning strategy into execution at scale.ResponsibilitiesEnterprise Transformation Leadership (Manufacturing)Act as the central owner of the Digital & Business Transformation portfolio across all EMS sitesTranslate enterprise strategy into clear, executable programs and roadmapsEnsure alignment between business priorities, digital initiatives, and plant‑level execution2. Value & ROI OwnershipDrive business case development for all major initiativesDefine and track value realization metrics (ROI, cost savings, productivity, quality, cycle time, inventory, OEE)Regularly review initiatives to accelerate, course‑correct, or stop low‑value projects3. PMO & Governance ExcellenceDesign and run a lean, outcome‑focused PMO modelEstablish standards for:Program governanceBenefits trackingRisk and dependency managementExecutive reportingProvide clear, decision‑oriented insights to senior leadership—not just status updates4. Cross‑Functional Execution & AlignmentWork closely with:Operations & Plant LeadershipQuality, Engineering, Supply ChainFinance, HR, and IT teamsRally large, cross‑functional teams to align around common goals and timelinesResolve conflicts, dependencies, and resource constraints proactively5.
