Senior Manager - Digital Twin

Qiddiya Investment Company is on the lookout for an experienced Manager - Digital Twin to lead the implementation and development of digital twin technologies across our projects. In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging digital twin methodologies to enhance operational efficiencies, improve decision-making, and drive innovation throughout the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the execution of Qiddiya's Digital Twin project, ensuring the timely delivery of the strategy, roadmap, and MVPAct as the primary liaison with internal teams, leadership, and external vendors to drive project alignment and successDevelop and oversee a the Digital Twin strategy that integrates with existing digital infrastructure, including BIM, GIS, IoT, and the Unified Data Platform (UDP)Manage the implementation of the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to validate selected use cases and demonstrate the value of the Digital TwinCreate a roadmap for scaling the Digital Twin framework across Qiddiya, identifying new use cases and ensuring continuous improvementConduct stakeholder workshops, interviews, and site visits to gather insights and align project objectives with business needsOversee vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity policies, data governance standards, and project requirementsManage project budgets, conduct cost-benefit analysis, and build business cases to demonstrate the return on investment (ROI) of implementationEnsure organizational readiness for scaling Digital Twin initiatives, including defining new roles, training programs, and process improvementsRequirementsA Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Smart Cities, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline6 years of experience in digital transformation, smart infrastructure, or similar fields. Demonstrated experience in overseeing large-scale technology projects, ideally involving Digital Twin, Building Information Modeling (BIM), Geographic Information Systems (GIS), or Internet of Things (IoT). Skilled in stakeholder management and vendor coordination
